QinetiQ needed innovative III-V device concepts taken from the drawing board to the wafer fab and turned into real devices. We worked on a detailed process flow that could be used to make these devices including a comprehensive definition of each step lithography, etching, metallisation and so on.

After some time the desired devices were duly produced!
